Coolamon Shire Council Certificate Shop

This site allows users to apply for the certificates and documents in relation to lands within the Coolamon Shire local government area.

The certificate and document applications will be processed by Council staff. Delivery by post is expected within 7 working days of the receipt of the application.

You will be notified within 3 working days if the application cannot be processed or will be delayed beyond 7 days.

There are no charges for postage and handling.

Refunds

Refunds will be made when Council cannot process the order due to circumstances beyond the applicant’s control. Refunds will be made by cheque, payable to the applicant and posted to the applicant’s postal address recorded on the order.

Export restrictions

Orders will be accepted from within Australia and from any foreign country. However all orders prices and payments are in Australian dollars.

Consumer data policy

This site retains information about the applicant and the document ordered for councils own internal purposes. This information will not be released to other third party organisations. The Council does not keep credit card or other electronic payment information. Credit card and other electronic payment information transmission is entirely provided by the council's bank and the online merchant banking facility.

The IP (Internet protocol) address of your computer is recorded when you make a credit card payment.

This site requires the use of cookies on your computer workstation. These cookies contain a session identifier used internally by the site to enable continuity between page refreshes.
